Online booking T&C's:

• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• We do not post tickets out. Customers can either collect in venue or use their e-ticket to gain entry.
• If an event is cancelled and the cinema is unable to re-schedule it, advance tickets can be refunded.
• When redeeming Gift Vouchers online, a booking fee is still required. Please call the box office to make your booking without this charge.
• Downstairs tickets secure the table or Royal Box you book. Seats are not allocated around the table and are on a first come first serve basis.
